Ich muss schon sagen großen Respekt an euch Tai Chi und Qi Gong fand ich gut, hatte früher Selbst Kampfsport gemacht Aikido und Teak wondo, danach habe ich 1 Std Tai Chi mitgemacht, um auch etwas die Elementen von Körper und Geist zu verstehen und der Einklang der Bewegungen, der Elementen und Energie.
